How to install an EV Charger onsite
We provide one-stop electric vehicle charging engineering solutions, offering professional, reliable and economical charger solutions for all electric vehicle users.
Call or email us to schedule a engineer site visit
We will send our engineering staff to visit your home and provide professional advice on how we will install the charger, coordinate with you on the location of the charger, or the materials to be used for the installation. We will also provide professional advice on whether the existing electrical system can handle the new charger.
We are committed to providing the most attentive engineering services to our customers.
Cost quotation and schedule an installation
After the site inspection, we will quote to the customer within 1 - 2 working days. After the customer confirms the order, our engineering staff will contact you as soon as possible to set up a date and time for the wiring and installation of the charger.
If the customer’s existing power supply system is not sufficient for the installation of the charger, we will also provide professional advice and quotation for the installation of new power supply lines to provide power to the charger.
installation and inspection
After completion of installation, we will conduct functional tests on site to ensure the charger is functioning properly. Upon completion of the test, we will provide the relevant EMSD statutory document WR 1 for customer’s storage and record.
All products and technical services installed by us are entitled to one year free after-sales maintenance and inspection service. (Warranty service does not include material cost and human damage)

What is Wallbox’s Dynamic Power Sharing ?
Wallbox has a powerful charge distribution feature, Power-Sharing technology, that allows your parking garage to provide power to charge your electric vehicle even if the power distribution is insufficient. Once installed, Wallbox syncs the power distribution to the cloud for optimal distribution by the cloud computer to control the distribution of the entire power network, allowing power to be supplied to underpowered sites.
To use the Power-Sharing feature, more than two Wallboxes must be installed at the same site and the Wallbox payment plan must be activated or a Wallbox Commandor Box must be purchased to activate this feature.
